Executive Coaching
When you are expected to make all the big decisions, be in control and take responsibility for the business, leadership can be a lonely place.
Who does the person who everyone goes to for support, go to for support?
While we call this Executive Coaching it is open to everyone at all levels who wants to work with a coach that is only interested in them as a person and not a role.

Our first job is to listen
Coaching can be a cathartic experience for a lot of clients. The initial role of the coach is to build trust and give the client room to share the areas they would like to work on. The client is always in control of the areas they discuss and areas they would like to work on with the coach.

Then find a way forward together
Once the client has set their priorities the focus will then switch to a deeper dive into the areas of focus. This can be helpful for the client as they reflect on the topic and uncover specific routes and barriers to overcome along the way.
One thing our clients can be sure of is they will have a partner to help them navigate and find a way forward who has their best interests at heart.
